The hotel is located in the Ossendorf neighborhood, on the Rhine’s left bank in Cologne’s north-west. Using the nearby A1 and A57 highways, you can be beside Cologne’s cathedral or in Leverkusen with a roughly 15 minute drive; or at the Michael Schumacher Kart and Event Center in Kerpen or Cologne-Bonn International Airport in 25 minutes; or you can be on Düsseldorf’s main Königsallee shopping street or in the former capital of Bonn in about 30 minutes. Very close to the V8 Hotel and Motorworld is the Coloneum, which houses the MMC movie and TV studios and the headquarters of the Endemol production company, and NetCologne.

By car: from the A1 highway, change at the Köln Nord junction on to the A57 towards central Cologne, then immediately take the Alte Escher Strasse exit. Turn left on to Alte Escher Strasse and keep going into Butzweilerstrasse. After a few minutes, follow the signage into Butzweilerhofallee to get into the Motorworld grounds. Parking spaces are available on the grounds in sufficient numbers.

Public transportation: from Cologne Central Station, you can travel directly using street car line 5 to the stop “Alter Flughafen Butzweilerhof”.
